2. What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Identity and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone, address, date of birth — when you fill in the contact form, register for the customer area or the app, or place a print order;
Uploaded photographs: images you upload for online printing, processed solely to fulfil your order;
Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via technical cookies and, if you consent, analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy);
Tax data: when you make a purchase, the data required to issue an invoice or receipt.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

Provision of requested services (quotes, shoots, photo printing): legal basis, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR);
Promotional communications and newsletters: only with explicit, separate and optional consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time;
Tax and accounting obligations: legal basis, statutory obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR);
Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Data retention

Identity data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the time needed to manage any disputes. Tax documents (invoices, orders) are kept for 10 years as required by Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, even if deletion of the customer record is requested. Photographs uploaded for printing are kept for the time needed to complete the order and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless otherwise requested.

5. Who we share your data with

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be processed by providers who support us in delivering the service (e.g. payment services such as PayPal, hosting services), always within the limits of what is necessary and with adequate contractual safeguards.

6. Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

access your data and obtain a copy of it;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of data (right to erasure, Art. 17 GDPR) — without prejudice to the tax retention obligations described above;
object to processing for marketing purposes at any time;
withdraw consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Minors

Our services (e.g. ceremonies, sports photography) may involve photographs of minors, always taken with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect contact details of minors without the consent of a responsible adult.
